Yesterday Maui saw probably one of the best swells for the Kahului area. I surfed 4 times and clocked in about 8 hours of Boogieboarding. It was an epic day with all of the Maui groms, boys, guys, men, girls, women, allkines Bodyboarders ripping and sharing waves. From the inside of the Harbor to the outside(Ledges) it was a beautiful wave riding day. Below is a sequence that Reis Shimabukuro sent through. Its a flip I performed without fins. I've been surfing without fins recently and its a great way for some fitness and challenging myself to get all fancy without fins. Idk i just like it somehow. The last shot is also from Reis.
